<image:title>Founder's Story - The Story Behind Our Logo</image:title>
<image:caption>There’s an old saying "How do you eat an Elephant? One bite at a time." Don't look at the mountain ahead, just look at the next 10 steps you need to take and then the next 10 steps until you reach the peak. Eat the Elephant..... Elizabeth & Marcus found strength in each other and stayed focused on the things they could control, letting go of the fear of the things that were out of their control. They together focused on the next few steps, lived in the moment and learned to celebrate the small things each and every day.</image:caption>

He believes life unfolds with intention, embracing the philosophy that every experience, whether joyful or challenging, happens for a reason. Mario’s journey has been profoundly shaped by the strength of his late mother, the most resilient person he has ever known. Her battle with illness taught him invaluable lessons about living with purpose, gratitude, and joy. Through countless visits to hospital rooms and healthcare facilities, Mario witnessed both the fragility and resilience of life, encounters that deeply connect his professional path with his personal calling. He firmly believes that you can’t go through life alone, and similarly, no one should have to fight cancer alone. As a Sacred Transition Ambassador, Mario is dedicated to spreading hope, joy, and love with every care package delivered, ensuring that those facing life’s toughest battles feel supported and cared for. Every person he has met and every place he has been have broadened his perspective on what it truly means to live a meaningful life.
